RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If it has been 14 days since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We are pleased to be able to offer the free shipping service during the purchase phase, in the event of a return, the shipments are charged to the customer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also let you know if your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you still haven't received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before your refund is posted.

Changes (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a credit for the value of your return. Once we receive your returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gift giver had the order shipped to you later, we will send the gift giver a refund and he or she will know about your made.

Return shipment

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
